For a town centre pub, it's not too bad although the decor is looking tired. The comfy leather seated booths are looking haggard - some of the seats have been ripped and the tables have been scratched. The 'comfy' couches are not very comfy - some of the legs are missing and some of the fabric-covered ones smell very suspect indeed. That said the booze is cheap and the surroundings are cheerful enough but some new furniture wouldn't go amiss! The food is good value for money and the food-hemed nights are a success!
